Mark your calendars for June 24. While attending the Big Apple Con in New York City, venture on down to one of the country’s pre-eminent comic book stores...Midtown Comics (www.midtowncomics.com) in Times Square! That’s where you’ll find a sampling of creators from the Markosia Entertainment (www.markosia.com) line of creator owned comics. An ad for the signing can be found on page 27 of the current WIZARD Magazine. Present at the signing will be industry legend, Norm Breyfogle. Best Known for his groundbreaking work on titles such as Batman, Detective, Anarky and Prime, Breyfogle is currently the artist of the Markosia series, OF BITTER SOULS. He will be signing copies of the OF BITTER SOULS trade paperback with his OBS collaborator, Chuck Satterlee. Satterlee will also be signing copies of his other creation SMOKE & MIRROR (trade paperback).
Brendan Deneen, who most know as the Director of Development for the Weinstein Movie Company, is also the creator and writer of the Markosia series, SCATTERBRAIN. Mr. Deneen will be signing copies of the first three issues of Scatterbrain.
Also present at the signing will be George T. Singley, writer and co-creator of MUTATION and SILENT GHOST. Singley will be signing copies of the MUTATION trade paperback.
Finally, the co-creators of THE HUNGER, Chris Dibari and Jose Torres will be in attendance signing copies of THE HUNGER trade paperback.

Thus begins a summer that will find Markosia creators in many signing situations from their booths at San Diego and Chicago, to signings at Barnes & Noble stores around the country and comic retail stores such as Comic Fusion and The Comic Cafe in New Jersey as well as Krypton Comics in Omaha, NE.
